Upon payment submission via the application, you will promptly receive an estimated consultation time via text message. The application will also indicate the approximate waiting time. During the scheduled consultation, our healthcare provider will send you a link via text to initiate a video conference. In case of connectivity issues, we will contact you at the provided phone number.

Following the consultation, you will be able to access your medical records and notes through the application. Prescriptions, if necessary, will be directly transmitted to your preferred pharmacy. We will notify you via text message once the prescriptions have been sent.
